We therefore recommend booking as a group of 6–8 people and reserving a full table. For safety reasons, the tables have specific dimensions, and at an 8-person table you will be seated quite closely. We appreciate your understanding, as this often contributes to the lively and festive atmosphere. We have only a limited number of tables seating more than 8 guests. Even if you book a category that includes 12-person tables, we cannot guarantee one single table for the entire party. The earlier you book, the greater the chance that we can accommodate a request for a single table for your party. If you are unable to fill a full table (minimum 6 guests), you should expect to share a table with other parties. At shared tables, up to three groups may be seated together. We primarily use 6-, 8- and 12-person tables for this purpose, but on particularly busy evenings, it may also be necessary to seat two parties at a 4-person table. When purchasing tickets in the Lower A and B categories, seating may be at the round gala tables by the main stage. These tables are removed at 11.00 PM when the nightclub opens, to make room for the dance floor. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — the earlier you book, the better the table placement. Up to 10% of the number of participants can be reduced free of charge up until 8 days before the show date. For a cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of the number of participants, between 90 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price. By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged. Special terms for Friday & Saturday in November and December Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date. For a cancellation or reduction between 90 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price. SOCIALLY CRITICAL DISEASE Should covid-19 or another disease be categorized as a socially critical disease, we will follow the government’s general rules and injunctions, and the following will apply: In the event of cancellation by Wallmans (the organizer) You will receive a voucher for the amount of your total booking, which will be valid for 3 years. If 1 person in the company is infected with corona (documentation is needed), the ticket for the person in question will be refunded if we are notified no later than 9.00 am on the show day itself *. The amount covers the ticket as well as any beverages. If you are only 2 people, and one of you is infected with a socially critical disease, the booking can be moved to another day, if we are notified no later than 9.00 on the show day itself.
