Can I cancel?
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 24 PEOPLE OR LESS
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 30 days before the show date.
For a cancellation or reduction between 30 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.
By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 25 AND MORE
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date.
Up to 10% of the number of participants can be reduced free of charge up until 8 days before the show date.
For a cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of the number of participants, between 90 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.
By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.
Special terms for Friday & Saturday in November and December
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date.

SOCIALLY CRITICAL DISEASE
Should covid-19 or another disease be categorized as a socially critical disease, we will follow the government’s general rules and injunctions, and the following will apply:
In the event of cancellation by Wallmans (the organizer)
You will receive a voucher for the amount of your total booking, which will be valid for 3 years.
If 1 person in the company is infected with corona (documentation is needed), the ticket for the person in question will be refunded if we are notified no later than 9.00 am on the show day itself *. The amount covers the ticket as well as any beverages.
If you are only 2 people, and one of you is infected with a socially critical disease, the booking can be moved to another day, if we are notified no later than 9.00 on the show day itself.

The service fee of DKK 20 per. person is not refundable in case of cancellation or reduction.
