Here you will find important information regarding your visit at Wallmans Dinnerparty in the Circus Building. PROGRAMME

5.30 PM
We open the doors to the Circus Building. Delightful entertainment in the foyer

5.50 PM
Seating. You and your guests will be seated in the Circus Hall

6.00 PM
Dinnerparty. The 4-course dinner will be served before, during and between the different show acts

11.00 PM
The show is over, and the party in the nightclub has started (the nightclub opens for new guests at 11.30 pm)

We take precaution for time changes.

We recommend that you arrive at the Circus Building at 5.30 pm, where we will welcome you and your party. The cloakroom will also be ready to receive you from this time.

Seating in the hall begins when you arrive at the Circus Building. Please note that the exact table placement is indicated at the entrance to the Circus Hall, where your name must be mentioned.

TICKETS

Once you have ordered tickets for Wallmans Dinnerparty, you will receive a confirmation from us. You will not receive any ticket(s) and the confirmation is therefore your evidence of purchase. You do not have to bring the confirmation in the evening.

Please note that the purchase of tickets for Wallmans Dinnerparty is binding, which means that it is generally not possible to move a party from one day to another.

SERVICE FEE INCL. VAT

Wallmans service fee covers Wallmans average costs associated with handling your purchase. The amount will be between DKK 0 and DKK 50 per purchased ticket – depending, among other things, on the category and the terms we have negotiated with our ticket system.

ENTRANCE

When you buy a ticket to Wallmans Dinnerparty, a single entrance fee to the Circus Building is included. This means that it is not allowed to leave the building during the evening and subsequently come back. If this happens, it will be reassessed whether you have the opportunity to re-enter according to our terms of access.

MENU & BEVERAGE

If you have allergies, diabetes or something similar, Wallmans should be informed no later than one week before the show date. Remember to show the selected menu to your party, as we cannot change / adjust on the day of the Dinnerparty. Drinks are purchased separately.

There are always a lot of guests in the Circus Building, and therefore our bar staff will be busy upon arrival. We highly recommend that you pre-order your beverages so they will be ready for your table when you arrive.

THE NIGHTCLUB

The Circus Building’s nightclub is open for new guests Friday and Saturday from 11.30 pm. Age limit is minimum 25 years.

If you have been to Wallmans Dinnerparty, you must be 18 years old to continue the party in the nightclub.

CASH

Our bars are cashless, but you can order and pay in cash from your waiter at your table in the hall.

According to the Whitewashing Act, a cash payment cannot exceed DKK 14,999.50.

It is not permitted to divide the payment into two or more cash payments with the aim that each payment falls below DKK 14,999.50, as the total amount to be paid will exceed DKK 14,999.50.

THE CLOAKROOM

We offer a free and staffed cloakroom, which is video monitored throughout the evening.

It is not permitted to bring jackets and large bags into the Circus Hall for safety reasons. Only small bags are allowed. If you need to store a large bag in the cloakroom, the security guards in the Circus Building may demand to see the contents of the bag.

Loose items such as hats, gloves and scarves must be placed in a closed bag or pocket and not in, for example, a jacket sleeve, where they risk falling out.

Should your jacket or bag in the cloak room be damaged or lost during your visit, the Circus Building will compensate up to a maximum of DKK 2,000. Items in bags, pockets and jacket sleeves will not be compensated.

We reserve the right to demand documentation that the damage occurred during your visit.

SEATING

We can’t promise or guarantee, where within the booked category your party is seated, but we will always attempt to welcome your wishes.

Most of the tables in the Circus Building seat 6-8 people. We therefore recommend that you gather your friends or family and book an entire table.

If you are less than 6 people, you may expect having to share the table with another party. This would, of course, only make the evening even more festive. This will in particular be the case during weekends and the busy Christmas season (November-December).

Whole parties will always be placed in the same category, but if you are more than 8 people, you might be seated at several tables. For further info, please ask when ordering your tickets.

When purchasing tickets for category lower A or B, you might be seated at some of the round gala tables by the main stage. These tables will be removed at the beginning of the nightclub at 11.00 pm to make room for the dance floor. In most cases you will be seated at other tables in the Circus Hall where the festive evening can continue. We will of course do everything to make this possible, but we can not guarantee it. NB! Other rules may apply during the Christmas season (November-December) and New Year’s Eve.

Due to fire safety regulations in the Circus Hall, our tables are only allowed to be of a certain length and width. At the Hall’s 8-person tables, people sit quite closely together, and we hope guests will understand this. But at Wallmans Dinnerparty luckily you are only ever going to be close to happy people in a festive mood.

If you downgrade the number of guests in your group, we will change the seating accordingly so that the number of guests in the group on the evening will match the number of seats at the table.

ARRIVING LATE

Should you arrive late for Wallmans Dinnerparty, you are not guaranteed the full menu as the servings follow an established show program.

AGE LIMIT

Wallmans Dinnerparty is an evening event for young people and adults. The age limit is min. 6 years, but we do not recommend that you bring children under the age of 12 because there may appear loud music and sexual references in the show.

Be aware that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed in the nightclub after 11.00 pm. Moreover, due to our alcohol-licenses, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol in the Circus Building. If this rule is violated, the whole group may be asked to leave.

WHEELCHAIR USERS AND ELEVATOR

If you are a wheelchair user, have walking difficulties or otherwise have a special need, you need to inform us about this via mail when you order tickets. If you make your booking online, you should send an email with the information afterwards.

If we do not receive the information before your visit, it is not certain that we will be able to meet the need in the evening, due to the terms of our fire approvals. We may therefore unfortunately have to reject the person or persons in question without a refund.

NB! You must be able to present an email from us, where we have confirmed that we can fulfill the need.

It is possible for people with disabilities to experience Wallmans Dinnerparty. We are the “God-Adgang” mærket, which means that we can welcome people affected by various types of disabilities. Read more at godadgang.dk.

Wheelchair users are always placed on the 5th floor in the hall and can access the dinner show via an elevator in our lobby. We have room for max. 4 people in wheelchairs per. evening. Please be aware that tickets only can be booked for category B and C due to fire safety.

In the event that our lift is out of service on the day due to technical difficulties, you will be offered a new date or get your money back.

In our foyer there are two handicap toilets (shown by signage).

SENSITIVITY TO LIGHT

For those who are sensitive to light, please note that Wallmans Dinnerparty includes a varied, vibrant light show.

SERVICE

In order for us to provide the best service, it’s important that you address your waiter in the evening if you experience something that you are not satisfied with. It is very important, so we are able to give you and your party the best experience in the evening and handle any feedback afterwards.

CANCELLATION

Cancellation must be made by sending an email to wecare@wallmans.com.

The service fee of DKK 20 per. person is not refundable in case of cancellation or reduction.

Please note that the purchase of tickets for Wallmans Dinnerparty is binding, which means that it is generally not possible to move a party from one day to another.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 24 PEOPLE OR LESS
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 30 days before the show date.

For a cancellation or reduction between 30 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.

By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 25 AND MORE
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date.

Up to 10% of the number of participants can be reduced free of charge up until 8 days before the show date.

For a cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of the number of participants, between 90 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.

By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.

Special terms for Friday & Saturday in November and December
Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date.

SOCIALLY CRITICAL DISEASE

Should covid-19 or another disease be categorized as a socially critical disease, we will follow the government’s general rules and injunctions, and the following will apply:

In the event of cancellation by Wallmans (the organizer)
You will receive a voucher for the amount of your total booking, which will be valid for 3 years.

If 1 person in the group is infected with corona (documentation is needed), the ticket for the person in question will be refunded if we are notified no later than 9.00 am on the show day itself *. The amount covers the ticket as well as any beverages.

If you are only 2 people, and one of you is infected with a socially critical disease, the booking can be moved to another day, if we are notified no later than 9.00 on the show day itself.

FORCE MAJEURE

The customer cannot invoke force majeure as grounds for cancellation. In case of force majeure or closure based on the current situation, tickets will be moved to another date, or alternatively a gift certificate will be issued on the amount receivable.

If the event is canceled due to COVID-19 or another pandemic because of legislation or orders from authorities, the tickets will be moved to another date, alternatively gift cards will be issued for the amount receivable. The amount paid in will not be refunded.

WE CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT

We have an active environmental policy, which constantly aims at reducing the company’s environmental footprint. Among other things, we are focusing on reducing food waste and waste in the restaurant. In addition, we have set up recycling bins for paper and cardboard, which are actively used by all departments.

Our fierce chefs have years of experience in putting together an exquisite menu, both in terms of the selection and quantity of ingredients.

SHOW RESPONSIBILITY AND RESPECT

A visit to Wallmans in the Circus Building is a party with entertainment, good food and drink. There can be up to 1000 guests at a Dinnerparty, and we expect all our guests to show responsibility and respect.

As a guest, you will be kindly escorted out of the building in the following cases:

  • By behavior that is a nuisance to our staff and the other guests.
  • Possession or consumption of euphoric substances.
  • In case of vomiting as a result of excessive consumption of alcohol. You will subsequently be charged DKK 800 for the damage to the Circus Building’s inventory.
  • By forcing a fire door without this being justified.

EXPULSION

If you, as a guest, do not follow the staff’s/security’s instructions, this may result in expulsion

NO TO SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE

We clearly distance ourselves from behaviors such as sexual harassment, abusive behavior, violence and violent behavior, both in relation to our employees and our guests. Behavior of these types can lead to expulsion from our venue.
