A visit to Wallmans in the Circus Building is a party with entertainment, good food and drink. There can be up to 1000 guests at a Dinnerparty, and we expect all our guests to show responsibility and respect.

As a guest, you will be kindly escorted out of the building in the following cases:

  • By behavior that is a nuisance to our staff and the other guests.
  • Possession or consumption of euphoric substances.
  • In case of vomiting as a result of excessive consumption of alcohol. You will subsequently be charged DKK 800 for the damage to the Circus Building’s inventory.
  • By forcing a fire door without this being justified.
Can I pay with cash in the Circus Building?2024-10-31T11:09:12+00:00

Our bars are cashless, but you can order and pay in cash from your waiter at your table in the hall.

According to the Whitewashing Act, a cash payment cannot exceed DKK 14,999.50.

It is not permitted to divide the payment into two or more cash payments with the aim that each payment falls below DKK 14,999.50, as the total amount to be paid will exceed DKK 14,999.50.

Cloakroom, show, 4-course dinner (Wallmans menu, Vegetarian menu or Vegan menu) & nightclub. Beverages are purchased separately.

Once a year. A show plays from the end of August – June.

Is the show suitable for people who are sensitive to light?2024-04-29T09:51:54+00:00

For those who are sensitive to light, please note that Wallmans Dinnerparty includes a varied, vibrant light show.

Is there a cloakroom?2024-11-05T16:21:34+00:00

Yes, we offer a free and staffed cloakroom, which is video monitored throughout the evening.

It is not permitted to bring jackets and large bags into the Circus Hall for safety reasons. Only small bags are allowed. If you need to store a large bag in the cloakroom, the security guards in the Circus Building may demand to see the contents of the bag.

Loose items such as hats, gloves and scarves must be placed in a closed bag or pocket and not in, for example, a jacket sleeve, where they risk falling out.

Should your jacket or bag in the cloak room be damaged or lost during your visit, the Circus Building will compensate up to a maximum of DKK 2,000. Items in bags, pockets and jacket sleeves will not be compensated.

We reserve the right to demand documentation that the damage occurred during your visit.

If you arrive late for Wallmans Dinnerparty, you cannot expect to get the full menu, as the servings follow an established show program.

When is the nightclub open?2024-04-29T09:51:54+00:00

The nightclub starts approx. 11.00 pm all show days. Fridays and Saturdays we have a DJ.
The nightclub is open to new guests from 11.30 pm. The age limit is minimum 25 years.

When does the Dinnerparty start and end?2024-04-29T09:51:54+00:00

Wallmans Dinnerparty starts at 6.00 pm, but we recommend that you arrive before. At 11.00 pm the show is over, and the party in the nightclub has started.

The Circus Building opens at 5.30 pm with access to the bars and toilets in the foyer. From 5.50 pm you can enter your reserved seats in the Circus Hall.

No, drinks are purchased separately. There are always a lot of guests in the Circus Building, and therefore our bar staff will be busy upon arrival. We highly recommend that you pre-order your beverages so they will be ready for your table when you arrive.

Yes, if you have any allergies, diabetes or something similar, we just need to be informed of this no later than one week before the show date.

Can you help if I need an umbrella?2024-04-29T09:51:54+00:00

Yes, all guests are offered an umbrella if it rains while waiting to enter Wallmans Dinnerparty in the Circus Building.

For DKK 175 you can buy the beautiful and sustainable umbrella to take home. Contact one of our guards who will help you.

An administration fee will be charged for handling the lost property if you want it to be send.

Dress to impress! Our guests are dressed for a festive evening in the Circus Building, so find your nice clothes and polish your dancing shoes.

We love that our guests have different styles and tastes, but do not accept club badges, back badges and political messages.

How are you seated?2024-04-29T09:51:55+00:00

In the Circus Building we have 4, 6, 8, 10 and 12 person tables, but not all types of tables are available in all categories.

Most of the tables in the Circus Building seat 6-8 people. If you are less than 6 people, you may expect having to share the table with another party, but this would, of course, only make the evening even more festive (it often applies to parties of 2 people).

This will in particular be the case during weekends and the busy Christmas season (November-December).

Due to fire safety regulations in the Circus Hall, our tables are only allowed to be of a certain length and width. At the Hall’s 8-person tables, people sit quite closely together, and we hope guests will understand this.

When purchasing tickets for category lower A or B, you might be seated at some of the round gala tables by the main stage. These tables will be removed at the beginning of the nightclub at 11.00 pm to make room for the dance floor.

No, it is generally not possible to move a company from one day to another.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 24 PEOPLE OR LESS

Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 30 days before the show date.

For a cancellation or reduction between 30 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.

By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GROUPS OF 25 AND MORE

Cancellation of tickets must be made no later than 90 days before the show date.

Up to 10% of the number of participants can be reduced free of charge up until 8 days before the show date.

For a cancellation or reduction of more than 10% of the number of participants, between 90 and 8 days before the show date, you will be charged 50% of the total price.

By cancellation or reduction later than 8 days before the show date, the full amount will be charged.

SOCIALLY CRITICAL DISEASE

Should covid-19 or another disease be categorized as a socially critical disease, we will follow the government’s general rules and injunctions, and the following will apply:

In the event of cancellation by Wallmans (the organizer)
You will receive a voucher for the amount of your total booking, which will be valid for 3 years.

If 1 person in the company is infected with corona (documentation is needed), the ticket for the person in question will be refunded if we are notified no later than 9.00 am on the show day itself *. The amount covers the ticket as well as any beverages.

If you are only 2 people, and one of you is infected with a socially critical disease, the booking can be moved to another day, if we are notified no later than 9.00 on the show day itself.

Cancellation must be made by sending an email to wecare@wallmans.com.

The service fee of DKK 20 per. person is not refundable in case of cancellation or reduction.

Someone in the company is in a wheelchair, how do we take care of it?2024-04-29T09:51:55+00:00

If you are a wheelchair user, have walking difficulties or otherwise have a special need, you need to inform us about this via mail when you order tickets. If you make your booking online, you should send an email with the information afterwards.

If we do not receive the information before your visit, it is not certain that we will be able to meet the need in the evening, due to the terms of our fire approvals. We may therefore unfortunately have to reject the person or persons in question without a refund.

NB! You must be able to present an email from us, where we have confirmed that we can fulfill the need.

Wheelchair users are always placed on the 5th floor in the hall and can access the dinner show via an elevator in our lobby. We have room for max. 4 people in wheelchairs per. evening. Please be aware that tickets only can be booked for category B and C due to fire safety.

In the event that our lift is out of service on the day due to technical difficulties, you will be offered a new date or get your money back.

In our foyer there are two handicap toilets (shown by signage).

We have a ticket-free system, but you always receive a confirmation from us after your purchase. You just have to state the name of the person who bought the tickets at the entrance to the Hall. If you have provided a company name, this must be stated.

Please note that the purchase of tickets for Wallmans Dinnerparty is binding, which means that it is generally not possible to move a company from one day to another. See the question: Can I cancel?

In the Circus Building we have 2 options for parking:

APCOA PARKING

Get a 50% discount on parking in Axel Towers. It is located directly in front of the Circus Building*. Please use the “APCOA FLOW” app and park in the area with code 3555.

Q-PARK

Get up to 48% discount on parking in the car park Q-Park Vesterport in Nyropsgade 42*. It is only a few minutes walk from the Circus Building.

*Wallmans cannot be held responsible for any technical problems with parking at Axel Towers or Q-Park. Unfortunately, if the app or vending machine doesn’t work, you can’t get a discount. Neither is a retroactive discount.

If you are lucky to own a gift card for Wallmans Dinnerparty, either from us, purchased via Ticketmaster, GoDream, GoGift, Smartbox, Truestory.dk (formerly DuGlemmerDetAldrig) or similar, please inform Customer Care.

If you book your tickets online via wallmans.dk, you pay by card. If you contact Customer Care by phone or email to book tickets, payment is made by phone via your card or a payment link (please note that the amount must be paid within 3 working days and that you will not receive a receipt when you use this payment method).

Do you have an age limit?2024-04-29T09:51:55+00:00

Wallmans Dinnerparty is an evening event for young people and adults. The age limit is min. 6 years, but we do not recommend that you bring children under the age of 12 because there may appear loud music and sexual references in the show.

Be aware that guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not allowed in the nightclub after 11.00 pm. Moreover, due to our alcohol-licenses, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to consume alcohol in the Circus Building. If this rule is violated, the whole company may be asked to leave.

Can I decide the table myself?2024-04-29T09:51:55+00:00

For Wallmans Dinnerparty, you buy a ticket for a category. We can never guarantee a specific table or location in the selected category, but we will always attempt to welcome your wishes at Customer Care. Companies will always be placed together in the chosen category, but if you count more than 8 people, the company can be placed at several tables side by side.
