PHOTOS AND VIDEO

By participating on the red carpet and throughout the rest of the event, you and your party acknowledge that photos and video footage may be taken by Cirkusbygningen as well as by external media. The material may subsequently be used for both editorial and marketing purposes.

MENU AND BEVERAGES

Gold ad libitum: Wine, draught beer and soft drinks are included during the show.
If you have any allergies, diabetes or similar dietary requirements, Cirkusbygningen must be informed no later than one week before the show date.

TICKETS

Please note that your invitation to the Wallmans Gala Premiere is personal and cannot be transferred to anyone else. If you are unable to attend, your invitation will no longer be valid and cannot be transferred to another person or to another date.

Please also note that only a limited number of seats are available.

Once you have registered for the Wallmans Gala Premiere, you will receive a confirmation from us. You will not receive a separate ticket, so your confirmation serves as proof of your registration.

STAFFED CLOAKROOM

Our cloakroom is free of charge and staffed throughout the evening.

For safety reasons, coats and large bags are not permitted in The Circus Hall. Only small evening bags are allowed. If you need to leave a larger bag in the cloakroom, security staff at Cirkusbygningen may ask to inspect its contents.

Should your coat or belongings in the cloakroom be damaged during your visit, Cirkusbygningen will provide compensation of up to DKK 1,000. Documentation showing that the damage occurred during your visit to Cirkusbygningen may be required.

SEATING

Most tables at Cirkusbygningen seat six or eight guests, so you and any accompanying guests may be seated together with other parties – which can only add to the festive atmosphere!

LATE ARRIVAL

If you arrive late for the Wallmans Gala Premiere, we cannot guarantee that you will receive the full menu, as the serving follows the scheduled show programme.

AGE LIMIT

The Wallmans Gala Premiere is a full-evening event aimed at young adults and adults. The minimum age is 16. Please note that the show may include loud music and sexual references.

Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and are not permitted to remain in the nightclub after 11.00 pm. Due to licensing regulations, guests under the age of 18 are not permitted to consume alcohol in Cirkusbygningen. Violation of this rule may result in the entire party being asked to leave.

LIGHT SENSITIVITY

Guests who are sensitive to light should be aware that the Wallmans Gala Premiere includes varying and pulsating lighting effects.

WHEELCHAIR USERS AND ELEVATOR ACCESS

Guests with disabilities are welcome to attend the Wallmans Gala Premiere. We are certified by “God Adgang”, which means that we are equipped to welcome guests with different types of disabilities. Read more at godadgang.dk.

Wheelchair users are always seated on Level 5 in The Circus Hall and can access the Wallmans Gala Premiere via an elevator from our foyer. We can accommodate a maximum of four wheelchair users per evening and must be informed no later than one week before arrival if a wheelchair space is required.

There are two accessible toilets in our foyer, clearly indicated by signage. If you are a wheelchair user or have reduced mobility, please mention this when registering so that our staff can assist you as effectively as possible on the evening.

DRESS CODE

Dress to impress! At Cirkusbygningen, our guests dress for a festive evening, so bring out your finest outfit and polish your dancing shoes.
We love that our guests have different styles and tastes, but club insignia, back patches and political messages are not permitted.

SERVICE

To enable us to provide the best possible service, it is important that you speak to your waiter during the evening if you experience anything you are not satisfied with. This allows us the opportunity to ensure that you and your party have the best possible experience.

PARKING & TAXI

When visiting Cirkusbygningen, you have the option of parking your car nearby or booking a taxi.

CANCELLATION

Cancellations must be made in writing to galla@cirkusbygningen.dk no later than 12.00 pm on September 22, 2026.

FORCE MAJEURE

In the event of force majeure or cancellation due to a critical public health situation, Cirkusbygningen reserves the right to cancel the Wallmans Gala Premiere without offering a replacement event.

WE CARE ABOUT THE ENVIRONMENT

We have an active environmental policy aimed at continuously reducing our environmental footprint. Among other initiatives, we work systematically to reduce food waste and other waste in our restaurant. We have also installed recycling containers for paper and cardboard, which are actively used by all departments.

Our highly skilled chefs have many years of experience in creating well-balanced menus, both in terms of the selection and quantity of ingredients used throughout the menu.

PLEASE ACT RESPONSIBLY AND CONSIDERATELY

A visit in Cirkusbygningen is a celebration with great food, drinks and entertainment. We want all our guests and employees to have a safe and enjoyable experience.

We therefore reserve the right to limit or stop the serving of alcohol if we assess that a party has consumed too much alcohol before or during their visit.

Guests will be politely escorted from the premises in the event of:
• Behaviour that causes inconvenience or discomfort to staff or other guests
• Possession or consumption of illegal drugs
• Vomiting as a result of excessive alcohol consumption (a fee of DKK 800 will be charged for damage to fixtures or furnishings)
• Unauthorised use or forcing open of a fire door

CODE OF CONDUCT

Failure to follow instructions from staff or security may result in removal from the premises.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND VIOLENCE

We have zero tolerance for sexual harassment, offensive or inappropriate behaviour, violence and violent conduct towards both our employees and our guests.

Any such behaviour will result in removal from the premises.
