At Wallmans you, your friends, family and colleagues are guaranteed an extraordinary experience. You get a fantastic 4-courses dinner, which is created by our professional chefs. Enjoy the dinner in between the different show acts, which combines Dinner and show to Wallmans Dinnershow.

Our waiters and serving artists make sure that you and your party are treated to total attention throughout the evening.

You must always pre-order the menu. Remember to inform us if you have any allergies or diabetes, or if you are vegetarian or have any special requests for the menu, so we can take this into account and make your experience as perfect as possible. If we do not hear otherwise, no later than one week before the show, you will automatically be served our Wallmans menu.

Butterfried cod with a broth of mussels and browned cabbage, and fried sour cream with a taste of red miso served with gratinated Norway lobster and gyozas filled with prawns

Lemon curd with candied pumpkin and sunflower seeds, topped with thyme mousse

EXPLANATIONS

Romanesco: Vegetable which is a mixture of broccoli and cauliflower. Hoisin: A thick Chinese sauce, with sweet and salty flavors. Emulsion: A mixture of two liquids that are not soluble in each other, e.g. bearnaise sauce. Duchesse: Gratinated mashed potatoes. Miso: A Japanese soy product. Gyoza: A form of Japanese dumpling.

Our professional chefs have years of experience in putting together an exquisite menu, both in terms of the selection and quantity of ingredients. Should you still be hungry after eating the selected menu, you can ask your waiter for an extra portion. We reserve the right to make changes to the menu.

WINE CARD

We offer a wide selection of fine wines, speciality beers and delicious drinks. If you are a party of 10 or more, we recommend pre-ordering some beverages (no later than 1 week before the show), which will be waiting for you on your table, when you arrive.

Drink packages

You can pre-order one of our drinks packages and have it served directly at the table at 22:00 pm, before the big show finale and nightclub are kicked off. Then you get the best start at the nightclub. Read more about the nightclub THE STAGE her.
